The products
The ActableSite report is a one-time automated analysis of observable signals on a submitted public website. Crawler Watch is a monthly external change-detection service for one public website. Practice Radar supplies one-time or monthly editions of newly enumerated behavioral-health organizations selected from public CMS NPPES data. Pending Medicare is a one-time current CSV edition of behavioral-health NPIs newly present in public CMS pending first-time enrollment files. The Medicare Revalidation Operations Dashboard is a one-time browser download for a known NPI roster work queue. Checkout states the current price, currency, renewal cadence, and product before payment.
Delivery and access
Stripe hosts checkout. The one-time report is generated on demand. Crawler Watch uses the public domain entered during checkout and normally sends a baseline to the checkout email within 15 minutes. Practice Radar, Pending Medicare, and the Medicare Revalidation Operations Dashboard retrieve encrypted purchases through browser access links and are normally activated within 15 minutes. A one-time edition remains locked to the source period fulfilled and does not update. The dashboard downloads as one HTML file and may make current public-source requests when used. Keep the Stripe receipt. If delivery fails, email support with a description of the problem and the receipt email address.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
Crawler Watch and Practice Radar renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through the linked Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise. Monitoring or data access continues only while Stripe reports the subscription active. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.
Crawler Watch scope
Crawler Watch normally samples the configured public website every 15 minutes and confirms a changed state in two consecutive checks before alerting. It has no service-level agreement. Synthetic user-agent requests do not authenticate provider IP ranges and do not prove crawling, indexing, citation, ranking, recommendation, traffic, security, or complete uptime. The service may send operational email from a verified delivery domain different from actablesite.com; replies route to ActableSite support.
Authorized use
You may scan public websites for lawful evaluation. Do not use the service to probe private networks, authenticated systems, restricted resources, or sites you are not authorized to assess. Do not attempt to bypass rate, security, or access controls.
Medicare dashboard license and limits
The $12 dashboard purchase is a one-time license for the buyer’s internal team use and does not renew. It reads public CMS revalidation due-date evidence and is not PECOS, application-status monitoring, enrollment advice, or proof of submission, approval, completion, or billing privileges. Buyers are responsible for exporting and safeguarding local operational fields and must not place patient data, passwords, PECOS credentials, or private enrollment documents in the dashboard.
Refund and support requests
If a product cannot be accessed or materially fails to provide its described output, email support@actablesite.com or reply to the purchase receipt within seven days of the affected charge. Include the receipt email so the purchase can be identified. Requests are reviewed against delivery and service records. A disagreement with a score, public source record, prospect outcome, or the absence of a promised commercial result is not, by itself, a product failure.
Data scope and no outcome guarantee
Practice Radar and Pending Medicare records are informational public-data signals. An NPI or pending enrollment application does not prove Medicare approval, billing privileges, licensure, credentialing, active operation, independence, service availability, demand, or buying intent. Verify every record and comply with applicable calling, privacy, and marketing rules. No ActableSite product guarantees accuracy, revenue, ranking, citation, accessibility, legal compliance, or any other business outcome.
Liability
Use reports, data, and starter files at your own judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a product is limited to the amount paid for the affected product during the prior three months. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
