Established revalidation dates appear on the public list in advance. A TBD result means the current list does not yet provide a date.
Contractors send notices
CMS says contractors generally send email or mail about three to four months before the due date, but the enrolled provider or supplier must still track it.

Will it email for a TBD record?
No countdown starts until the public list contains an established due date. If CMS replaces TBD with a date, the record-change alert and applicable reminder schedule begin from that date.
Can it monitor more than 20 NPIs?
Not on this plan. The required checkout field and unattended fulfillment reject an oversized or invalid roster instead of silently monitoring the wrong entries.
Does every 15-minute check create an email?
No. The worker checks source revisions and reminder stages every 15 minutes, but sends only for an unsent stage or a changed watched public record.
Is ActableSite CMS?
No. ActableSite relays public CMS list evidence and reminder timing. It does not submit or manage the revalidation application.
