Is this another subscription?
No. The dashboard costs $12 once and does not renew. The separate Roster Watch service is optional and is only for teams that want ongoing email monitoring.
Where are owners, notes, and next actions stored?
Inside the buyer's browser storage when available. The dashboard sends only the NPIs being checked to ActableSite's read-only public CMS lookup. Do not enter patient information, passwords, PECOS credentials, or private enrollment documents.
Does it show live PECOS application status?
No. It shows current public CMS Revalidation Due Date List evidence: an established date, an adjusted date, TBD, or no matching public enrollment. Verify submission and processing status through PECOS and the responsible Medicare Administrative Contractor.
