See Medicare revalidation dates coming due in your state.
Choose one state to browse current public enrollment records with an upcoming established due date. Download the visible rows, then monitor only the NPIs your team actually manages.
Browse upcoming established due dates.
The result uses the adjusted due date when CMS publishes one. It shows enrollment records, so one NPI may appear more than once.
Browse Medicare revalidation dates by state.
Each state page renders current public enrollment rows, a source receipt, and a direct CSV export. These are live data pages—not generic location landing pages.
An upcoming deadline record—not a completion or deactivation list.
One NPI can repeat
CMS publishes separate enrollment records. The same NPI may have multiple enrollment IDs, specialties, locations, or dates.
Use the effective date
When the current public row contains an adjusted due date, the browser uses it instead of the original date and labels the change.
Old rows stay out
The public source can retain earlier dates. This browser filters to effective dates on or after the day checked and makes no overdue claim.
PECOS remains official
A public date does not prove submission, receipt, processing, approval, completion, deactivation, or current billing privileges.
Use the state view for discovery. Use official systems for action.
