Deadline alerts
Each dated event requests alerts at 120, 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before the deadline, plus the due date itself. Calendar apps may apply their own notification settings.
Current public date
When CMS publishes an adjusted due date, the export uses it instead of the original date and keeps the source check date in the event description.
TBD stays out
TBD means CMS has not established a date in the current public list. The export excludes TBD, absent, and invalid NPI records.
Subscribe or export
The one-NPI feed checks current public CMS data when your calendar app refreshes it. The bulk file is a point-in-time export. Neither path shows live PECOS submission status.
